We think the best client services managers have a “360 degree” view of the field. They have an eye on project timelines, a pulse on the client, and an instinctual understanding of what makes great marketing. In this position you have the opportunity to synthesize it all into a game plan that keeps us focused, relevant and on-target.
As you can see, this is not the narrow “back-office,” view of client services. Much is expected from our client services manager including excellent client communications, marketing strategy, and pace-setting through energy and fresh ideas that drive us forward.
