Our founders watched this exact pattern repeat across years of consulting for growing companies as operators and HR leads. A company would hit a certain stage of growth, somewhere around year two or three, and the tools that got them there would start working against them. They concluded the fix wasn't another tool. It was infrastructure: one platform, one login, one record, that every future tool could be built on top of instead of bolted beside.
That decision became Mercury 360. We are not adding tools. We are finishing the platform we spent years watching companies need.
